Responsibilities

• Performs clinical imaging procedures, including general x-ray, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Receives and processes patient information; performs imaging exams with independent judgment while assuring patient safety, comfort and protection.
• Assists the radiologist and attending physician.
• Communicates effectively and appropriately, works efficiently and productively, maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment.
• Reflects a caring attitude for patients, visitors, and employees.
• Stays abreast of changes in their profession or discipline through continuing education programs.
