Teledyne FLIR Defense seeks a Manufacturing Test & Integration Engineer to support the assembly, testing, and integration of advanced electronic, electro-optical, and infrared imaging systems in a production environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, system integration, and developing automated test solutions. Collaboration with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations will help improve product quality and yield.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field (EE/CE/Physics/etc).
• 3+ years in production test, manufacturing engineering, systems integration, validation, or electrical engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support for test and manufacture of complex electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot product, test equipment, software, and manufacturing issues.
• Support system integration including cameras, sensors, embedded electronics, power, cabling, interfaces.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve test processes, fixtures, and automated test solutions.
• Transition new products from Engineering to Manufacturing via the NPI process.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to improve manufacturability and reliability.
• Analyze data to improve yield and performance.
• Provide guidance and training to manufacturing personnel.
