Job summary

Canfield Imaging Systems, a division of Canfield Scientific, Inc., is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. You will complete, configure, and fill equipment orders based on spec sheets and perform precise electronic and mechanical assembly for imaging hardware.

You will inspect, test, and communicate any defects while collaborating with multiple departments to meet product specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding standard computer system terminology
• Experience using hand tools
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Experience hand soldering PCBs and wiring; imaging knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete, build, configure, and fill equipment orders from spec sheets
• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly for imaging hardware
• Inspect, test, and communicate defects to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet specifications and deadlines
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure final products meet requirements
