Job summary

Trimedx is hiring an imaging field service professional to repair, calibrate, and verify complex imaging systems in clinical settings. You’ll apply technical judgment to ensure patient care decisions are supported by reliable equipment.

You will lead on regulatory accuracy, diagnose issues, mentor colleagues, and coordinate with vendors while traveling to client sites as needed. This role emphasizes precision, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment.
• Strong computer skills: interpreting error codes, replacing power supplies, hard‑drive work.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and networking applications.
• Valid driver’s license; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Restore confidence in every scan by repairing, calibrating, and verifying imaging systems.
• Lead on regulatory accuracy—documentation and database integrity.
• Be the technical voice clinicians rely on when equipment affects real‑time decisions.
• Mentor others, guide vendors, and manage inventory to keep gear running.
