Radiology Informatics is hiring an Imaging Systems Analyst I to support our clinical imaging applications and systems here in Albuquerque. This is a full‑time, onsite role (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) with a rotating on‑call period that lasts two weeks. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone with technical aptitude and an interest in supporting imaging workflows in a healthcare setting. The Analyst I provides frontline support for applications like PACS, RIS, and other clinical tools, assisting with system maintenance, upgrades, user support, and project implementation. You’ll collaborate with both clinical and IT staff to identify user needs, document processes, and ensure systems are functioning smoothly. We’re looking for someone with general IT or clinical systems experience, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and clinical teams. Healthcare IT experience is preferred but not required.

Under the direction of the Informatics Manager, assist with administration of the various imaging informatics systems. Assist with systems project planning. Organize and document planned procedures for assigned portion of systems project design, documentation, training and installation. Coordinate project implementation with vendors associated with specific products. Responsible for imaging information systems development and maintenance, including web‑site, clinical applications, and software support and/or development. Ensures adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.
