Lexington Health in Columbia, SC seeks an Imaging Support Associate to assist the Imaging department with patient preparation, room setup, and supporting technologists across CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Cath Lab and X-ray modalities.
Responsibilities include verifying paperwork, reviewing patient history, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. Strong customer service and ability to follow infection control protocols are essential.

The Imaging Support Associate is the assistant to the technologist and assists the Imaging department in related functions. The associate will prepare patients for exams, check for proper paper work, and assist the technologist in setting up exam rooms. Modalities include: CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Special Procedures/Cath Lab and X-Ray.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent;
Must be Enrolled in Good Standing or on a Wait List for an Imaging Modality College or Certification Program (X-Ray, CT, MRI, etc.).
Minimum Years of Experience: None.

Required Certifications/Licensure: Active CPR/BLS Certification
Required Training: None.
