Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking an Imaging Professional to join our clinical team, performing advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures, assisting physicians, monitoring patients, and operating sophisticated equipment for real-time guidance.

This role requires RN licensure in Tennessee, CPR and ACLS, a nursing diploma, and the ability to document care and administer medications safely. We offer an equal opportunity environment and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school, upon hire.
  • Registered Nurse license for Tennessee, upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification, upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate competence to perform core responsibilities of the staff nurse in Imaging Services.
  • Demonstrate competency in basic clinical procedures performed in Imaging Services according to nursing policy.
  • Administers medications and IVs safely, following the five rights of medication administration and nursing policy.
  • Transcribes and implements physician orders accurately within nursing procedure time frames and policy.
  • Completes department documentation requirements including patient care records and charging system maintenance.
  • Provides quality patient care in Imaging Services through the nursing process.
