Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, Vermont seeks an Imaging Specialist (CT Technologist) to provide safe, high-quality care for patients undergoing CT exams. You will operate CT equipment, maintain records, stock supplies and help organize the Radiology schedule.
Under the direction of the Director of Radiology and the Chief Radiologist, this per diem, non-exempt role involves hospital-wide responsibilities and requires current ARRT certification, CPR, Vermont license, AMA-approved
Under the direction of the Director of Radiology and the Chief Radiologist, the Computed Tomography Technologist is responsible for the care and safety of patients who have CT exams; use of CT equipment; maintaining records pertaining to CT; stocking supplies and organizing the schedule.

The Department of Radiology at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is a consultative service that will provide services in the following categories: diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, computed tomography, interventional radiography, MRI, bone density and mammography. The department offers services 24 hours a day, seven days a week to inpatients, outpatients and emergency room patients of all ages. Whereas x-ray procedures constitute the majority of our service, we also provide related quality control (including protecting patients and staff from harmful radiation), quality assurance monitoring and evaluation, marketing and continuing education of staff and patients. Radiology is comprises of licensed technologists, certified and licensed nuclear medicine technologists, secretarial staff and licensed radiologists. We render reports of all of our imaging studies to referring physicians within 24 to 36 hours of completion of the exam.

In compliance with Vermont Act 155, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital provides the compensation range for this position in good faith. The listed range represents the pay scale reasonably expected for a successful candidate based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Final compensation will be determined during the hiring process.
