Job summary

Providence Healdsburg Hospital seeks a Supervisor Imaging Services to lead the Diagnostic Imaging team on day shift, working full time in the imaging admin unit. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor staff radiologic technologists, ensure quality and safety standards, and collaborate with radiologists and the imaging manager.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in acute care radiology, ARRT or equivalent certification, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a radiologic technology program approved by the AMA.
• California Radiologic Technologist license or California Limited Permit X-Ray Technician or ARRT/ARDMS certifications.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of the Diagnostic Imaging department.
• Serve as an administrative and clinical resource for staff; mentor radiologic technologists.
• Collaborate with Imaging Manager, medical director, and radiologists on quality and safety.
• Participate in quality assurance and organizational improvement activities.
