Job summary

Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Radiologic/Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join the Diagnostic Imaging team. The role is full-time with evenings, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at Riley Children’s Hospital.

The position requires current ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB/ARMRIT/CCI eligibility as applicable, an ISDH license for Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine technology, and BLS (AHA) certification. 2–4 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support certification required. May also require Advanced Life Support certification, if applicable.
Requires active status through ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, ARMRIT, or CCI as required per modality.
Requires current Indiana ISDH license as Radiologic Technologist or Nuclear Medicine Technologist, as required per specific modality.
Requires ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the condition of the patient does not permit routine positioning.
2-4 years of experience, per specific modality, preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans the workflow and employee distributions within the department.
Provides various lead functions within the department while providing functional guidance to staff.
Ensures staff interacts with patients and others in a positive manner and are competent to care for patients from pediatric through geriatric.
Promotes a team-oriented and service conscious environment.
