Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a hands-on medical equipment technician to support patient care by ensuring equipment operates safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will repair, calibrate, and maintain devices while collaborating with clinical staff in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment to ensure reliable patient care across clinical settings.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.
  • Uphold regulatory standards and promote a safety-first environment, supporting audits and remediation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate service records, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and overall service quality.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.


Pay Range: $35.72 - $46.22

  • Education Requirement: High school diploma/GED or associate degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Management Experience: 0-3 years
