Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Imaging Screener in Indianapolis, IN. You will use screening tools and X-ray equipment to identify prohibited items, interact with staff and visitors, and maintain a secure environment.

This is a full-time role with a daytime schedule and a pay rate of $17.22 per hour. Responsibilities include screening personnel and packages, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents while following site procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and personnel following site procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and shipments per site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to maintain controlled entry/exit at the site.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report concerns per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas and perimeter.
