Job summary

Cedars-Sinai invites applications for a Registered Nurse II - Imaging in Southern California. This role is based in the S. Mark Taper Foundation Imaging Center, offering advanced imaging services and a patient-centered approach in a state-of-the-art setting.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree, CA RN license, ACLS and PALS, with at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience and preference for imaging experience. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• California RN license with ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience; imaging nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document nursing care and interventions ensuring safety, comfort, hygiene, and timely patient care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and planned procedures.
• Administer medications and therapies per care plan.
• Perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and IV access initiation.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and escalate as needed.
• Lead or support charge nurse activities and mentor team members.
