Job summary

Salgado LLC is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a full-time, day shift at a state-of-the-art medical center in Newberg, Oregon. You will perform imaging exams, ensure patient safety, and contribute to delivering outstanding patient care on-site.

Qualifications

• Education sufficient to meet all certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Licensure (upon hire): Oregon Radiographer License or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License
• ARRT certification within 6 months of hire
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• For New Graduates: OBMI temporary license upon hire and obtain permanent licensure within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic imaging exams based on physician orders using a variety of imaging equipment.
• Ensure proper positioning, radiation safety, and image quality with patient factors in mind.
• Apply clinical judgment in technique calibration and patient care to produce diagnostic images.
• Adhere to ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
• Provide a positive patient experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Other duties as assigned
