Job summary

UCHealth Johnstown Urgent Care seeks a Part-Time Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures onsite at UCHealth Johnstown Medical Center. The role requires ARRT certification and BLS, with pay between $28.38 and $39.74 per hour, depending on experience. Onsite work with a flex shift, 44.00 hours per pay period.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, educating patients, preparing equipment, and ensuring image quality through QC and proper exposure settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in good standing; state licensure if required.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and physician orders; schedule and educate patients about procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and medications as appropriate; monitor patient condition.
• Prepare equipment, set exposure factors, ensure safety standards and QC of radiology equipment.
• Position patients and perform imaging procedures; analyze image quality and repeat if needed.
