Job summary

Pali Momi Medical Center, part of Hawaii Pacific Health, seeks an Imaging Patient Representative to support the Imaging Services department. You will act as a welcoming liaison between patients and staff and perform day-to-day clerical duties to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, with at least one year of clerical experience and basic computer proficiency.

Job description

With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.

The Imaging Services department offers a wide range of technologies from simple X-rays to complicated interventional radiological procedures. The highly trained professionals and state-of-the-art facilities provide quality imaging services for patient diagnosis and treatment, including: Diagnostic Radiology, Computerized Tomography, Mammography, Ultrasonography, Nuclear Medicine, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Electroencephalography, Electrocardiogram, Holter Monitoring and Echocardiography.

Minimum Qualifications:
