Job summary

Catalyst MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair imaging equipment at customer sites, including PET, PET/CT, CT, SPECT and SPECT/CT. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and train customers on features and software.

The role requires a technical degree, 2+ years in molecular imaging, and a valid driver’s license. Travel and dynamic schedules are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or military BMET equivalent required.
• 2+ years with molecular imaging equipment (PET/SPECT/CT).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and modify imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Communicate with customers, team, and account managers regularly.
• Diagnose problems, create repair strategies and perform repairs.
• Document calls, parts, and service updates in reports.
• Adhere to ISO, QMS, and safety procedures.
