Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a field service technician to keep imaging equipment running across sites. You will diagnose, repair, calibrate, and validate systems from X-ray to ultrasound, restoring uptime quickly.

You’ll collaborate with physicists and clinicians, maintain safety and regulatory standards, and provide clear technical guidance to vendors and teams. A degree in electronics or related training and hands-on imaging experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent military training (required).
• 6+ months hands‑on imaging equipment service experience (preferred).
• Solid computer skills, networking basics, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Restore uptime fast—diagnose, repair, calibrate, and validate imaging systems from X-ray to ultrasound.
• Own performance—drive inspections, maintenance, and operational verification that clinicians rely on.
• Protect safety—partner with physicists and teams to meet strict regulatory standards.
• Be the expert—guide vendors, support teams, and clinicians with clear, trusted technical insight.
