Job summary

TRIMEDX in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an experienced Imaging Equipment Engineer to diagnose, repair, and optimize MRI, CT, and other high-end imaging systems. You will own critical repair paths, lead vendors, and ensure strict safety and regulatory compliance to deliver accurate scans.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with complex imaging equipment, strong diagnostics, and travel readiness. This role offers opportunities for mentorship and growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years servicing complex imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Cath Lab, or similar).
• Associate's degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong computer diagnostics, networking basics, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own the critical path—diagnose and restore high-end imaging systems with speed and precision.
• Lead the work—direct vendors, guide teams, and set technical standards.
• Safeguard compliance—align with physicists and regulations for safe, accurate scans.

What You Need

• 5+ years servicing complex imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Cath Lab, or similar) - required
• Associate's degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required; waived with TRIMEDX certification or similar)
• Bachelor's in engineering technology (preferred)
• Strong computer diagnostics, networking basics, and Excel
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
