Job summary

TriMedx, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Imaging Service Technician to repair, calibrate, and verify complex imaging systems, restoring confidence in the patient care process.

You’ll lead regulatory accuracy, mentoring peers, guiding vendors, and keeping inventory tight so equipment stays up and running, even during downtime. This role emphasizes precise diagnostics, calm handling of outages, and a commitment to high standards in a patient‑focused service culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment.
  • Strong computer skills: interpreting error codes, replacing power supplies, hard drives, and system diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and networking applications.
  • Valid driver’s license; travel as needed.
  • 2-year technical/electronics degree or Biomedical certification program.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required for equipment service.

Required Experience & Education
  • Minimum 3 years repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing medical imaging equipment (radiographic rooms, C‑arms, ultrasound, mammography, etc.).
  • Strong computer skills: interpreting error codes, replacing power supplies, hard‑drive work, and system diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and networking applications.
  • Valid driver’s license; travel as needed.
  • 2‑year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required for equipment service.
