Job summary

Iftechs is seeking a Senior Imagery Scientist with at least 4 years of experience in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) in Springfield, Virginia. The role requires expertise in SAR, familiarity with its quality metrics, and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

The ideal candidate will understand collection processes, image formation, and advanced exploitation methods. Clearance level TS/SCI is required, and experience applying CV and machine learning to SAR imagery is desirable.

• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences about the availability and capabilities of SAR
• Exhibit an understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
