CHEManager International seeks an experienced Image Scientist to perform technical analyses of EO remote sensing data and calibrate imaging systems. You will develop and apply algorithms for radiometric and sensor characterization, using Python, MATLAB, ENVI/IDL, and related tools.

You will coordinate calibration planning, manage data repositories for distributed teams, and deliver calibration reports while ensuring data integrity and readiness for future capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Poly.
• Bachelor's with 5–7 years or Master's with 3–5 years or PhD with 0–2 years in Image Science/Optics/Applied Physics/Math/Engineering.
• Technical analysis of EO remote sensing data; image processing and DSP experience; image chain analysis.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently or in teams; customer-focused and collaborative.
• Experience coding in Python, MATLAB, ENVI/IDL or similar for repeatable results.

Responsabilités

• Perform studies to characterize and improve the quality of remote sensing data.
• Coordinate calibration planning and generate handbooks, schedules, and readiness plans.
• Manage data repositories for distributed collaboration in calibration activities.
• Deliver radiometric data, sensor characterization reports, and calibration briefs.
• Analyze calibration truth data and report accuracy; monitor data integrity.
• Update scripts and processes for calibration assessment and monitoring.
• Conduct analyses to validate test transitions of capabilities.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders on future capabilities and planning.
• Lead enterprise investigations of anomalous product quality.
