Job summary

Job description

At CIeNET, we are looking for Image Quality Engineer. In this position, you will be working on IQ (Image Quality) testing and tuning for home security cameras that enable users to see what is happening around their homes. Your work will directly contribute to the best-in-class IQ development on customer facing products with many users.

Job responsibilities

• Evaluate ISP (Image Signal Processor) IQ performance
• Design, code, review, and test camera-related software and hardware
• File bugs, create reports, and present results on image quality development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Imaging Science or related field
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner.
• Working knowledge or course work in:
• Electronic devices
• Digital signal processing
• Digital image processing
• Full-stack web (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Python)

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Imaging Science, Color Science, or related field.
• Industrial experience working on IQ testing and development for customer-facing camera products
• Programming skills and experience: any of the following:
• UI Frameworks (Angular)
• Graphics (WebGL / GLSL)

The pay range for this position is from $90K to $130 annually, depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
