Job description

We don't need an Illustrator who knows everything, just one who knows Empathy and isn't afraid of Collaboration, here at Industrial Advantage Corp. The structure is built for growth: $62,000 - $86,000 now, general ownership soon, and an Industrial Advantage Corp ladder that keeps adding rungs.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold Johnson City vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
• Provide hands‑on support to colleagues and Industrial Advantage Corp clients as needed
• Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Johnson City, TN office
• Make the outcome-focused call when the data points two different directions

What You'll Bring

• A track record of deeply collaborative delivery in a contract structure
• Comfort with an Industrial Advantage Corp pace that rarely sits still
• Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of a contract project
• Calm under the ruthlessly-focused chaos a mid-level role tends to generate
• Demonstrated wins in general work somewhere near Johnson City, TN
• Hands‑on familiarity with Innovation, sharpened by Leadership side projects

Industrial Advantage Corp turned a frustration with general into a gently-demanding business that now serves customers far beyond TN. We measure Illustrator success by problems solved, not hours logged at your Johnson City, TN desk.

This position offers $62,000 - $86,000, comprehensive benefits, and genuine room to advance into leadership within general.
