10 hr days -- Mon - Fri, 7 am - 5 pm, 2 weeks minimum per month10 hrs guaranteed per day for cardiac anesthesiologists14 ORs -- high-volume, busy facilityCall ratio 1:4 rotating -- 1st call in-house, 2nd - 4th beeperPost 24-hr in-house call -- next day offWide case mix -- cardiac, trauma, OB, neuro, ortho requiredCardiac comfort required -- fellowship or TEE cert not mandatoryAdult population -- well-rounded experience across all case types

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
