Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider based in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator for a 12-month contract. The role requires a deep understanding of Windows systems and network devices, with at least 10 years in the field. Responsibilities include setting up and managing enterprise server environments, automation of deployments, and active directory management. This position involves an initial telephonic interview followed by an in-person meeting and potentially offers extension after the contract period.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Windows System Administration and IIS Server.
• Extensive knowledge of network devices like F5 Load Balancer.
• 3+ years automating configurations via Puppet, Minion, or scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Sitescope, Wily, and App Dynamics.
• Competent in setup, build, and enterprise server support for Windows Server.
• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V and Active Directory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise server support for Windows Server environments (2003–2012).
• Configure and manage Active Directory and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Handle network devices and security appliances, including F5 and firewalls.
• Automate configurations and deployments using Puppet/Minion/Windows scripting.
• Monitor systems with Sitescope, Wily and AppDynamics.
