A leading restoration company in Virginia is seeking an experienced IICRC Restoration Technician to respond to customer needs for Water and Mold Restoration jobs. You will perform duties including drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. Candidates should be IICRC certified and possess experience in cleaning/restoration, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role demands physical strength and the ability to work in various environments.

Qualifications

• IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning and restoration.
• Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructions.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment and supplies needed for projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.

Skills

IICRC certification

Experience in cleaning/restoration

Experience serving commercial properties

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Education

High school diploma/GED
