Job summary
Step Up Family Services LLC seeks IIC Therapists (LCSW / LPC / LSW / LAC) to join our expanding in-home team serving youth and families in Ocean County, New Jersey. As a licensed clinician, you will provide Intensive In-Community psychotherapeutic services and complete biopsychosocial assessments.
This per diem opportunity offers a flexible schedule with full- or part-time options, and involves working in the homes of clients while coordinating treatment plans and family involvement.
Qualifications
- Experience with general mental health.
- Experience with developmental disabilities a plus.
- Licensed clinician (LCSW/LPC/LSW/LAC) preferred.

Step Up Family Services is seeking IIC Therapists (LCSW / LPC/LSW/LAC) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding in home team of professionals providing behavioral health counseling services to youth and families.
This opportunity can provide you with a flexible, Per Diem, work schedule. Step Up Family Services is looking for Licensed level Clinicians to provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) psychotherapeutic services and conduct In-home Biopsychosocial Assessments.
Work is located in Ocean County.
IICs are required to work in the community by conducting regularly scheduled therapeutic sessions in the home of youth and families, as well as create Treatment Plans.
- Experience with general mental health
- Experience with developmental disabilities a plus.
- LAC/LSW salary range $50-$65
- LCSW/LPC range $65-85
Full-time, Part-time
$50.00 - $85.00 per hour
