A behavioral health provider in New Jersey is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to provide therapy and develop treatment plans in home and community settings. The ideal candidate will hold a clinical license and a Master’s degree, and have experience with youth and families. Qualifications

  • Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Valid NJ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Multiple counties across NJ (home & community-based sessions)

Schedule: Flexible opportunities

Compensation: $90 to $100 per hour

Your Role
  • Provide individual and family therapy in the home or community setting
  • Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans based on assessments
  • Support youth in building coping skills, resilience, and healthy relationships
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community supports to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with CSOC and Medicaid standards.
What We’re Looking For
  • Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Valid NJ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
  • Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a passion for empowering youth
