Territory Coverage: New Jersey statewide. Candidates may support members across Bergen, Burlington, Middlesex, Hudson, Ocean, and other counties throughout New Jersey. Travel throughout the assigned service area is required.

About the Role
This is a full-time, field-based role involving daily travel to conduct visits in members' homes. Candidates must reside in or near one of our covered service areas throughout New Jersey.
We're looking for Certified Medical Assistants who are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes. In this role, you'll work alongside providers to support patients with complex healthcare needs while helping improve health outcomes through personalized, community-based care.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position.

Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
