Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work or comparable Human Services from an accredited institution.
• Two years of work experience directly serving youth and families preferred.
• Valid professional license as required and acceptable by regulations.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services in Delaware/Union County.
• Complete documentation promptly and participate in supervision.
• Support family reunification and coordinate services across providers.
