Job summary

RTX seeks an experienced Ignition developer to design, build, and deploy industrial applications that integrate factory data sources and IIoT services. You will work with engineering, operations, data, and OT/IT teams to deliver real-time insights and robust integrations across multiple sites.

The role requires a STEM degree, at least two years of relevant experience, and U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

STEM degree and at least two years of relevant experience are required.
Experience developing Ignition applications using scripting and data technologies such as SQL or Python.
Experience creating dashboards, UI components, or automated logic in production environments.
U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Ignition-based digital factory applications.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, data, and OT/IT teams to support workflows and real-time insights.
Troubleshoot integration issues and contribute to reusable solutions deployed across sites.
Develop dashboards/UI and automated logic to improve manufacturing efficiency.
