Consolidated Precision Products Corp. Eastlake is seeking an Automation Engineer to develop, maintain, and support Ignition apps that improve manufacturing control and data collection.

You will partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, IT, and DBAs to deliver reliable systems and follow change management. Responsibilities include designing, testing, and deploying Ignition projects—HMIs, Python scripts, tags, alarms, reports, and database links—ensuring data accuracy and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in automation, manufacturing systems, or industrial software, with Ignition programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience querying relational databases (SQL) and validating manufacturing data; MS SQL Server/T‑SQL preferred.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Ignition projects: operator HMIs, Python scripts, tags, alarms pipelines, reports, and database links.
• Develop systems for error proofing, KPV collection, process traceability, and input validation; translate needs into requirements.
• Validate data against signals, entries, and process records; coordinate database corrections with SQL admins.
