Job summary

Grifols is seeking an IGIV-C Technician to join our plasma processing operations in a GMP environment. The role supports isolation of IgG from plasma intermediates, cleaning and maintaining the work area, and assembling/disassembling equipment per procedures.

You will document activities in real time and assist with process controls. This position requires a High School diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• GMP environment experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 6–8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping in a pharmaceutical operation.
• Assists in preparing solutions and cleaning/sanitizing production areas and equipment.
• Assembles/disassembles production equipment and operates equipment (filters, vessels, skids, columns).
• Operates fork truck safely and efficiently.
• Monitors and controls processes using the DCS.
• Maintains real-time documentation during production runs and logs.
• Performs integrity tests on sterile components and assists with purification steps.
