Job summary

Unicity International is seeking a hands-on Social Media Lead to own our day-to-day presence on Instagram and Facebook. You will drive the brand tone, craft compelling native content, and edit video to support a premium positioning.

You'll engage daily with comments and DMs to build relationships, identify partners, and apply AI tools to stay ahead. A proven growth portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional photo and video production skills (especially with an iPhone).
• Strong command of composition, visual storytelling, hook, setup, and payoff.
• Curiosity about AI content tools and emerging technologies; proactive use.
• High-energy, entrepreneurial mindset; self-directed and proactive.
• Show a page or channel you built; share growth tactics and results.
• Comfortable behind and in front of the camera; skilled mobile editor.
• Native fluency in Instagram and Facebook; understand platform-specific best practices.
• Able to balance premium positioning with authentic, non-salesy content.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social channels: Instagram and Facebook, with prompt, authentic responses.
• Produce native content and trim/polish video to reinforce premium product positioning.
• Engage with partner videos and accounts to raise visibility one comment at a time.
• Track trends on each platform and adapt them to fit the brand and audience.
• Work with the marketing team to keep posts aligned with campaigns and launches.
