Job summary

Accenture is seeking an IFS Cloud Functional Lead to plan, analyze, design, and implement IFS Cloud projects. You will own functional workstreams on-site, driving financial and operational results while coordinating with onshore and offshore teams and guiding senior leaders through transformation.

The role requires deep IFS experience, strong business process knowledge across multiple functional areas, and a track record of end-to-end implementations in a client-focused consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of IFS experience, including functional lead or workstream lead on IFS Cloud or IFS Applications.
• 5+ years of functional design and business process knowledge across one or more IFS Cloud functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain & Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, HCM, or Asset & Service Management).
• Must have multiple end-to-end life cycle implementation experiences on IFS as a Workstream Lead or Project Lead.
• Knowledge of leading practices and prior consulting experience relevant to target industries (Industrials, Manufacturing, Automotive).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams on IFS Cloud implementations and support project managers in design and implementation phases.
• Translate strategic direction and business objectives into holistic business and technology transformation.
• Conduct workshops with customers to define/mapping processes, systems, and organization; drive requirements into IFS Cloud configuration.
• Coordinate and coach functional consultants across onshore and offshore teams; ensure quality and delivery.
• Coach and guide project team members on business process fundamentals and IFS Cloud leading practices.
• Support project managers with daily change management activities and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership on business development; develop industry-specific viewpoints.
