Qualifications

• Experience researching and concluding on complex technical accounting issues.
• Proven leadership in coaching and developing accounting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting research and advisory on IFRS topics (revenue, business combinations, leases, consolidations).
• Prepare and review formal position papers to support accounting conclusions.
• Serve as primary technical accounting advisor to Corporate Accounting and Finance teams.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of technical accounting professionals.
• Drive workload planning and process improvements across the team.
