Qualifications

• High school diploma; 48 college units or an AA degree or a passing CBEST exam.
• Proficiency exam may be required; employees will be invited to test if applicable.
• Must pass pre-employment fingerprinting and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with special needs in learning using instructional materials and media.
• Support students with IEPs under supervision and monitor progress.
• Escort students to buses and between classrooms and activities.
• Help develop social behaviors using positive reinforcement and supervise meals and activities.
