Job summary

A leading technology services company is seeking a Migration Lead for Informatica CDI in Los Angeles. This role will involve analyzing and executing the migration of workflows to a cloud integration platform. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience with Informatica, demonstrate expertise in data integration workflows, and possess strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams. You will ensure performance benchmarks, resolve integration issues, and support junior developers in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in Informatica Cloud and on-prem services.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica CDI-PC migration to IDMC platform.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerCenter to CDI migration.
• Solid proficiency in ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing principles, and SQL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and application integration patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of data integration workflows using Informatica IDMC.
• Drive the PowerCenter to CDI migration tasks—assessment, refactoring, and optimization.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for migrations.
• Ensure AS-IS business logic is implemented during CDI-PC migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mapping and integration issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and guide junior developers.
