  • Strong expertise in identity governance, access management, authentication, authorization, RBAC, privileged access, federation, identity lifecycle management, and related cybersecurity domains.
  • Demonstrable ability to evaluate IAM technologies, analyze complex ecosystems, conduct market and vendor assessments, and develop arguments, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaborator management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in evaluating and shaping emerging identity capabilities, including AI agents, agentic systems, non-human identities (NHIs), machine identity governance, and associated security, risk, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience developing identity strategies for AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, and digital workforce initiatives.
  • Good background with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ, and enterprise-scale identity modernization programs.
  • Demonstrable ability to partner with architecture teams to assess solutions, define target-state capabilities, and build strategic technology roadmaps.
