Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. seeks a Technical Advisor to own the enterprise identity security roadmap and architect governance across human, machine, and AI identities.

You will translate strategic risk into business value and guide deployments of SailPoint's Identity Security Cloud and Agentic Fabric. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level engineering leaders, shaping regulatory architecture and investment prioritization while driving outcomes in breach risk

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) and identity governance.
• Strong enterprise security architecture background with executive-level engagement.
• Industry certifications (CISSP/CISM/TOGAF/CISA) preferred and SailPoint certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year platform adoption roadmaps and governance architectures for strategic accounts.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to C-suite and VP-level leaders on identity security strategy.
• Quantify value: breach risk reduction, compliance gains, and cost avoidance in reviews.
• Guide deployment of AI agent identity governance using SailPoint Agentic Fabric.
• Translate regulations (DORA, NIS2, SEC, SOX, HIPAA) into actionable architectures.
