Job summary

Subway is seeking a Security Operations Analyst in Shelton, CT to manage identity security and access governance within the IAM program. You will bridge IAM with Detect & Respond, monitor identity threats, and investigate access anomalies using CrowdStrike Falcon and Next-Gen SIEM.

You will run Okta Identity Governance campaigns, enforce least- privilege access, and support audits and incident response. This role offers growth toward senior IAM and security engineering tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in security operations/SOC with identity focus.
• Working knowledge of IAM fundamentals (MFA, SSO, directory services).
• Hands-on exposure to Okta or similar identity provider.

Responsibilities

• Operate identity threat detection and response with CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Protection and monitor identity-based detections.
• Support tuning of identity detections, dashboards, and alert quality; assist in incident response.
• Run Okta Identity Governance access certification campaigns end to end; support access request workflows.
• Apply least-privilege principles and maintain access evidence for audits.
• Investigate identity-risk backlogs and report findings to Cybersecurity leadership.
• Handle Tier-2/3 identity escalations and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
