Job summary

Trinity Global Consulting (TGC) is seeking a skilled professional to perform system integration, troubleshoot complex software issues, and manage authentication, authorization, and IDaaS operations. The role requires TS clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with a focus on secure cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT architectures. The candidate will engage with external clients, document procedures, and contribute to DevOps-like tasks using IdAM tools, Ansible, and GitLab in a fast-paced project

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required to start; SCI with CI Poly eligible.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2–4 years of relevant work experience; will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extensive experience working with external clients/partners.
• Experience with one or more of the following: System integration or software development, and experience integrating services from different systems.
• Debugging software issues, investigating root causes, and recommending fixes.
• Performing software testing or validation procedures, improving the procedures as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to document processes/procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes.
• SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain certification within 60 days of start.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration, integrating services from different systems and manage a client’s integration with company services.
• Troubleshoot software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes.
• Perform AuthN, AuthZ, DPM, EM, and AuthA activities.
• Implement, evolve, and support authentication, SSO, SAML, federation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Deploy and operate secure authentication, access management, and IDaaS technologies.
• Document enterprise IT architecture and navigate Linux CLI.
