Job summary

Samba is seeking a product manager to own the identity resolution roadmap, graph management, and cross-platform identifier strategies. You will translate client needs into requirements and collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales to prioritize identity capabilities that unlock revenue and improve match rates.

You will navigate privacy standards and industry shifts like Unified ID 2.0, balancing innovation with scalability and compliance to optimize matching performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in product management for ad tech, data platforms, or identity products.
• Deep understanding of identity resolution methods, graph concepts, data onboarding, and privacy-aware matching.
• Experience shipping identity products or with identity providers, data clean rooms, or audiences.
• Track record of execution in fast-moving, data-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for identity resolution, graph management, and cross-platform identifier strategies.
• Define requirements for onboarding, matching, and activation workflows based on client needs and privacy standards.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, sales, and client success to prioritize capabilities that unlock revenue and improve match rates.
• Stay ahead of industry shifts in identity, including deprecation of third-party cookies and emerging standards like UIDA 2.0 and clean room integrations.
• Balance innovation with scalability, accuracy, and compliance in deterministic and probabilistic matching techniques.
• Translate complex identity concepts into clear product specs and client-facing value propositions.
