Job summary

NVIDIA's Enterprise Security organization seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Identity Platform & Access Management to lead large-scale identity and access management systems across NVIDIA's global infrastructure. You will shape the identity framework for developers, services, and AI agents, spanning cloud, on-premise, and managed devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering with authentication, authorization, and identity systems.
• Experience crafting and leading identity or access management platforms in large organizations.
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture and IAM controls.
• Experience securing automated workflows including non-human access patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to drive architecture decisions at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise identity strategy and platform architecture across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Define reference architectures for secure authentication across CLI, browser, and agent workflows.
• Architect and deploy a centralized token issuance and validation service for developer workflows.
• Establish agent identities within the identity platform for automated workflows.
• Implement advanced identity security controls (Conditional Access, PIM, risk-based authentication).
• Scale device management and identity governance for AI-powered operations.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and product teams on architecture and ownership.
