Job Description:

Experience with hands-on solution design and deployment of IBM identity management tools.

1. Setting up ISVG, configuration of LDAP, DB2, integration of LDAP with ISVG, and other authoritative sources.
2. Knowledge on setting up recertification policy and campaign, role mining, and working knowledge on self-care portal.
3. Experience of migration of older version IBM Identity Manager to ISVG.
4. Experience with custom application integration with ISVG tools.
5. Able to write custom solutions within IDM Framework to integrate requirements of custom applications.
6. Ability to identify the logs and root causes of issues in ISVG and provide solutions.
7. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of multiple IAM domains including Access Management, Identity Management, Security Controls, and integration.
8. Ability to write TDI scripts.
9. Architect plans for designing and implementing ISVG solutions with new requirements and additional applications.
10. Able to develop and document policies and procedures.
11. Ability to manage the ISVG applications and administer them along with timely updates.
12. Very good hands-on experience in documenting root cause analysis, risk analysis, and resolution steps.
13. Knowledge of overall IT infrastructure including OS, databases, IBM LDAPs, Microsoft AD, and interfacing with them.
14. Experience with scripting and development (Java, JavaScript).
15. Maintains optimal performance of ISVG infrastructure by monitoring and assessing hardware/software performance. Recommends changes/enhancements to improve system availability, reliability, and performance.
16. Experience in creating IBM PMRs/support cases and engaging with IBM technical support services.
17. Conducts regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades.
