Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Identity Intelligence Analyst in McLean, VA to support watchlist screening, vetting, and identity analysis for national security missions. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, US citizenship, and a BA or advanced degree with relevant experience.

The analyst will triage terrorism nominations, evaluate information, and make deployment recommendations while adhering to established SOPs. Collaboration across IC tools and databases is essential.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience or Master’s with less than 2 years.
• Ability to be flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks and adapt to mission requirements.
• Experience with MS Office tools.
• Experience with IC tools and databases.
• Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to customer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support watchlist or screening and vetting efforts.
• Examine terrorism information from nominations to export following established criteria, standards, and policies.
• Make recommendations regarding the nomination and watch listing process and support QA/QC reviews.
• Screen and vet individuals traveling to the US by reviewing Visa applicants against IC databases.
• Use analytic tradecraft to evaluate, analyze, and integrate identity information to identify links to terrorism.
• Identify relationships, patterns, trends, indicators, and warnings to report CT intelligence gaps.
