Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Identity Analyst (Mid) to join our team in Quantico, VA. The role focuses on distributing multi-intelligence products, biometric and identity-related analysis, and supporting national security objectives for DoD/USMC/IC initiatives.

The candidate will provide I2 analysis across triage, research, exploitation, and dissemination, leveraging systems like DONISIS/BI2R and maintaining BEWL/National Watch listings, with a TS/SCI clearance required and a strong

Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to identity/intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

Conduct MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production and dissemination.
Provide expertise in I2 analysis including triage, research, exploitation, production and dissemination of biometric and related products.
Develop finished intelligence reports, biometric/biographic analyses, SIGINT/CELLEX/DOMEX outputs, and training materials.
Operate in a 24/7/365-366 shift environment handling BEWL/National Watch listings and related requests.
Use DONISIS, BI2R and related tools for research and exploitation; ensure reports are clear and properly classified.
