Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Identity Analyst (Mid) to join our team in Quantico, VA, on-site. The ideal candidate will conduct multi-int triage and produce comprehensive identity-related intelligence outputs for national security objectives.

Required 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred, with strong proficiency in I2, DOMEX, and biometric analysis. On-site work expected with collaborative DoD/IC engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent work within last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MULTI-INT triage, research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, analysis production, and dissemination in line with government priorities and SOPs.
• Provide expertise to support I2 analysis across triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of biometric and related products.
• Develop finished intelligence reports, biometric/biographic analyses, and DOMEX/MEDEX-derived products.
• Exploit identity-related information to produce all-source intelligence for national watchlisting and BEWL operations.
• Utilize research tools such as DONISIS, BI2R, and related systems to advance intelligence outputs.
