Job summary

Polsinelli PC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support day-to-day administration, maintenance, and triage in the Platform Services IAM/M365 space. The role supports Okta, Entra/AD, automation via PowerShell or MS Graph, and broader M365 administration.

Role can be remote or hybrid and requires strong IAM experience, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment. Expect collaborative teamwork and attention to security best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Okta or IAM platforms.
• 3+ years supporting M365 Administration (Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Conditional Access).
• Expertise in automation using PowerShell and MS Graph.
• Proficiency in Active Directory/Entra, SSO, identity federation, PAM, and automated lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own escalation requests to Platform Services for IAM and automation.
• Triage incidents and calls; analyze and resolve issues end-to-end.
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
• Manage and monitor IAM controls through Okta and Entra/Active Directory.
• Create and maintain Okta configurations for business applications access.
• Enforce policies using Conditional Access.
